The short answer
Mauritius has 16 public holidays in 2027. 6 of them fall on a Saturday or Sunday. The longest break is 5 days, from Friday 29 October to Tuesday 2 November: Divali on Friday 29 October, then the weekend, All Saints' Day and the Arrival of Indentured Labourers.
