Le Pescatore

Le Pescatore sits on the coastal road at Trou-aux-Biches, with tables under a Creole veranda beside the water. The menu is seasonal, built around seafood and local produce, with dishes such as octopus confit with combava, catch of the day with palm-heart salad, tuna with melon and ginger, prawns with palm heart, and grilled spiny lobster with bergamot sauce.
